These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Military Pay Hub ("we," "our," or "us"). Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. Military pay regulations, allowances, and benefit programs are subject to change by the Department of Defense, Congress, and other government authorities. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information on the Site.

Always verify pay and benefit information with official sources such as the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) at dfas.mil, your branch's finance office, or a qualified financial or legal professional. Do not make financial decisions solely based on content found on this Site.

Military Pay Hub participates in affiliate marketing programs in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines set forth in 16 C.F.R. Part 255. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILITARY PAY HUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site;
• Any content obtained from the Site;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@militarypayhub.net that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (6) your signature.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@militarypayhub.net. We will attempt to respond within 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Military Pay Hub regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
