The content on Military Pay Hub is written by a retired U.S. Air Force officer with more than 17 years of active duty service. During that career, navigating every layer of military compensation — from Basic Pay adjustments and BAH rate changes to special pays, incentive pays, and Thrift Savings Plan strategies — became second nature.
After separation, it became clear that many service members are leaving significant money on the table simply because the rules are hard to find and even harder to understand. Military Pay Hub was built to close that gap.
